Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Atlas Workwear (“Atlas,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit this website or sign up through it. We collect as little as we need, we don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for advertising.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Updates signup: your email address.
• Founding agency application: your name and role, your agency, and your work email address.
• Correspondence: anything you choose to include when you email us.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies, and it does not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers. Our emails do not contain open or click tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.

How we use it

• To send the updates you asked for (development news, sample drops, wear-test calls and our launch), starting with an email confirming your signup.
• To confirm that we received your founding agency application, review it, follow up with you and schedule a walkthrough. Applying does not sign you up for updates.
• To operate, secure and troubleshoot the site, including blocking spam and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on your consent for updates emails, on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (or our legitimate interest in responding) for agency applications, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure website for server logs.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers who process it on our behalf under contract: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database storage) and Resend (email delivery). They may not use it for their own purposes.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety or property of anyone.
• A successor organization, if Atlas is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets. This policy will continue to apply to information collected under it.

How long we keep it

• Updates signups: until you ask us to delete your email. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address on a suppression list so we don’t email you again; ask us and we’ll delete it entirely.
• Agency applications: for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we enter into a working relationship with your agency.
• Server logs: for the period set by our hosting provider, typically no more than 30 days.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to hello@americanwear.work.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

California and other U.S. state residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, you may request access to, correction of and deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of its sale or sharing. Because we don’t sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, and we treat Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request.

EEA and UK residents: you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To make a request, email hello@americanwear.work. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time the law requires (for example, 45 days under California law).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, submissions are processed on the server, and access to personal information is limited to the people and providers who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International visitors

We are based in the United States, and information you submit is processed and stored in the United States. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers.

Children

This site is intended for adults working in or buying for emergency services. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will give notice by email or on the site before it takes effect.
